McDonald’s is one of the most known fast foods. It is a successful fast food with its uniformity and predictability. Working at McDonald’s would seem as a challenge. They expect so much from the workers every day and to make every customer happy and do everything precisely, which isn’t easy. It is always busy, you have rude customers daily that the people in power don’t see, they just expect everything to be perfect. I’ve personally have had bad experiences with employers who have had hard days. This seems like a challenge because on one hand they are paying you to do your job so it’s hard to argue with what they want you to do, but on the other hand, are they paying you enough to do it. The food is supposed to taste the same every day everywhere in the world, but McDonald’s promises that every meal will be served quickly, courteous, and with a smile. To ensure that all McDonald’s serve products of uniform quality, centrally approved and supervised suppliers. Nowadays there isn’t that much controversy over it because a lot of work has been replaced with technology so the workers don’t really have to do as much as before. I didn’t know fast food places targeted young workers because they know they mostly only can work part time because they have school or other things they like to be doing so they don’t have to provide much benefits to them. I didn’t know that McDonald’s took their work so seriously that they teach a school about managing it. I personally go to McDonalds Around once a week and order the same thing. But I’ve noticed that it tastes different in different locations. Which it shouldn’t but a latte doesn’t always come out the same.
